I am an experienced therapist specializing in trauma-informed care, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). The DBT approach is particularly effective in helping you develop skills to manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and enhance overall well-being.
